Prepared with sheep’s and cow’s milk of Sicilian origin, this unique cheese, aromatic and slightly spicy, is well suited for consumption both raw and on platters together with other traditional Italian cheeses.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, pasteurized MILK, stuffed olives with bell pepper paste (6%), chili pepper (1%), rocket (1%), salt, rennet and lactic ferments.
