Our fresh mixed ricotta is made from sheep’s and cow’s milk, and it is obtained by boiling the cheese whey, as per the Sicilian tradition. Its soft and creamy consistency, together with the delicate taste, make it ideal both alone and paired with other ingredients for the preparation of savory and sweet recipes.
